Level X is a Boston-based beard-care brand founded by Lemmiux Sabaris.
After recognizing that beards were often treated like an afterthought during barbershop visits, Lemmiux created the Level X Beard Care Experience to give the beard the attention it deserves.
The experience begins in the barber’s chair and continues at home through simple routines for ongoing care.
The service ends. The care continues.
WHAT IS THE LEVEL X BEARD CARE EXPERIENCE?
The Level X Beard Care Experience brings complete beard care into the barbershop.
Using Level X products, participating barbers cleanse, condition, soften, and finish the beard as part of the service.
We believe the beard deserves the same attention as the haircut—not to be treated like an afterthought.
WHAT MAKES LEVEL X DIFFERENT?
Level X was built around the experience—not just the products.
Customers experience Level X during real beard services, learn how to properly care for their beards, and can continue that routine at home after leaving the chair.

WHICH ROUTINE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose the Maintenance Routine if you already have an established beard and want to keep it clean, soft, and conditioned.
Choose the Growth Routine if you are building a consistent routine while working toward a fuller, healthier-looking appearance.
Beard Butter is also available individually for additional conditioning, softness, and shaping.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO OILS?
Daily Beard Oil is designed for everyday softness, conditioning, and beard maintenance.
Beard Growth Oil is designed for men building a consistent routine while working toward a fuller, healthier-looking appearance.
Both oils condition the facial hair and the skin underneath.
DOES BEARD GROWTH OIL GUARANTEE NEW GROWTH?
No. Results vary, and no beard-care product can guarantee new growth.
Level X Beard Growth Oil conditions the beard and skin while supporting a consistent routine for a fuller, healthier-looking appearance.
HOW SHOULD I USE LEVEL X PRODUCTS?
Wash your beard as directed and dry it thoroughly. Then apply the oil or butter that fits your routine.
Follow the instructions provided with each product and remain consistent with your beard care.
CAN MY BARBERSHOP PARTNER WITH LEVEL X?
Yes. Level X works with barbers and barbershops interested in bringing the Level X Beard Care Experience to their clients.
Our Barber Affiliate Program allows participating barbers to recommend Level X through a personal affiliate link and earn commission on eligible online orders. Level X handles fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.

Level X products are made in North America.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping is free on every online order. Please allow approximately 8–14 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.
