Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at levelxbeardcare@gmail.com with your order information. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
